Ask, Seek, Knock

How do we learn to see clearly, love wisely, and live faithfully in a complicated world?

In Matthew 7:7–12, Jesus invites us to bring our need for wisdom to the Father. After warning against hypocrisy and judgment, Jesus points us toward a life of humble dependence—asking, seeking, and knocking as apprentices who need God’s help to live the way of the Kingdom.
